Gold Coast Learn to Surf
Gold Coast learn to surf is a must do activity for any visitor to Queensland. Conditions, at Gold Coast learn to surf, are ideal for surf lessons and surf hire, with warm water, lifeguards on duty and some of Australias most iconic surf destinations. Our surf school specialises in daily beginner surf lessons and as a result we only allow soft surf boards in these lessons.
Group lessons for your own group are available on request. Private lessons are also available, especially if clients want to use a fibreglass surf board. We conduct almost all our surf lessons in waist deep water, to keep sessions safe for beginners. Surfers Paradise learn to surf , Broadbeach learn to surf , and Kirra learn to Surf , are all run by Go Ride A Wave. We are part of Surfing Queensland Surf Schools.

Large Group Bookings
Go Ride A Wave recommends Northcliffe Surf Life Saving Club as the ideal location for large groups who want to have a surfing lesson. We have a special arrangement with the surf club which allows us to have access to the toilets, showers and change rooms under the clubhouse for any groups who would like to use them. It is also away from the busy areas of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach where it can be very difficult to get a car park. In addition there is a dedicated Bus Parking area across the road from the Northcliffe Surf Club.
Our surf school is open 7 days a week all year round.
