SUP Lessons Stand Up Paddle boarding Lessons

SUP lessons are a fantastic way to get yourself on the water and fit for life. This ancient Hawaiian activity sport of kings is a safe and healthy way to explore the waterways or oceans while giving your core a workout. SUP lessons are also a fantastic way to build your ocean confidence and improve your surfing skills.

Included in your SUP lesson (stand up paddle boarding lesson):

  • Stand up paddle board (Soft learner G board)
  • Paddle
  • Wetsuit or rash shirt
  • Sun Screen
  • Security storage
  • Leg rope

What you need to bring:

  • Swimwear
  • Towel
  • Camera
  • Water
  • Change of clothes

We run small class sizes for our stand up paddle boarding lessons so booking in advance is essential.
With small personal group sizes, you know that you will be well looked after and guaranteed a fantastic first experience.

We run our SUP Lessons at 2 main locations and can often arrange other locations on request.

Surfers Paradise SUP Lessons (Qld) are run on the river at Budd’s Beach behind Surfers Paradise. It is a beautiful sandy beach with several islands nearby with some amazing houses to paddle past and hope your next tatts ticket can help you get one.

Anglesea SUP Lessons (Vic) are run on the Anglesea river, just around the corner from our shop on the Great ocean Road.
